(Smart Dehumidification / Maintenance-Free / Thickened Body / Metal Linkage)
Constructed from high-grade LLDPE resin using a one-piece, double-layer rotational molding process. The cabinet features high strength, versatility, and a lightweight design. It is waterproof, mold-resistant, UV-resistant, anti-magnetic, and corrosion-resistant.
The product is maintenance-free, cost-effective, and highly adaptable to extreme environments. It contains no magnetic materials, effectively preventing magnetic interference with internal optoelectronic equipment. It is ideal for use in high-temperature, high-humidity, and high-salt spray conditions. The unit is divided into an upper section and two lower sections (left/right). The lower section features three layers with adjustable spacing for optimized storage and high space utilization. Includes a built-in smart dehumidifier.
Smart Dehumidifier
Based on research into the patterns of mold growth relative to ambient humidity, this unit utilizes a humidity control model featuring shape memory alloy chemical absorption technology. It can rapidly reduce the internal humidity to below 60% RH. In the event of a power failure, the memory alloy will continue to dehumidify for up to 12 hours. Once power is restored, the unit automatically resumes its previous operating state. This technology is industry-leading in China, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
User Instructions
1.Read Before Use: Please read the manual corresponding to your specific model carefully before the first use. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for issues resulting from improper operation.
2.Placement: The cabinet must be placed on a flat, sturdy, and horizontal surface.
3.Power Connection: Connect the power cord to a standard 220V/50Hz power supply.
4.Humidity Settings: Upon powering on, the LED will show two sets of data:
- Left (Green): Displays the current temperature (non-adjustable).
- Right (Red): Displays the current humidity.
- Note: If the red display shows "99," press and hold the UP button for 3 seconds, then release to return to the actual humidity reading.
- Adjusting Humidity: Press the UP or DOWN buttons. The red LED will show the target setting. Each press of UP increases the value by 1; each press of DOWN decreases it by 1. Once finished, release the button; the screen will flash and then return to the current temperature/humidity display.
- Calibration: To calibrate the humidity reading, press and hold the UP or DOWN button for 3 seconds. The red LED will display the current reading. Use UP or DOWN to adjust the value to match your reference tool. Release to save.
- Factory Reset: Press and hold both UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously to restore all humidity values to factory settings.
5.Environmental Restrictions: Do not place the machine near air outlets (air conditioners, exhaust fans, etc.), under fans, near doorways, or in areas with heavy smoke or water vapor, as this will impair humidity control.
6.Sunlight Protection: Ensure the unit is placed indoors away from direct sunlight.
Ventilation: Maintain a distance of approximately 20cm between the cabinet and the wall to ensure effective dehumidification performance.
7.Initial Run: For the first use or after long-term storage, please run the unit empty for at least 12 hours and confirm that the humidity has dropped to a low level.
Item Placement: When storing items, ensure they do not lean directly against the dehumidifier core. Do not block the exhaust holes with small objects to allow sufficient space for the core to operate.
8.Initial Loading: When first placing items in the cabinet (especially if there are many items or items with high moisture content), it may take longer to reach the set humidity. Minimize door-opening time to prevent humidity spikes.
9.Storage of Specific Goods: Food and chemicals should be tightly sealed before storage to prevent cross-odors and maintain the efficiency of the moisture absorption system.
10.Winter/Dry Conditions: For users requiring medium-to-high humidity in dry winter conditions, it is recommended to occasionally open the door to equalize. Since the core dehumidifies continuously, it may generate heat when attempting to stabilize humidity through re-humidification cycles, which could slightly raise the internal temperature.
